Bookings are confirmed when accepted. Check the address, services and access instructions. Arrange permission, safe access and a property ready at the scheduled time.
For condo amenities, arrange for the agent or owner to accompany the photographer. If the photographer visits alone, complete coverage cannot be guaranteed, and the photographer is not responsible for amenities missed as a result.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot incur a CAD $25 cancellation fee, regardless of the reason, including weather or personal circumstances.
If the shoot cannot proceed because the property is not ready, or an incorrect booking address prevents the photographer from locating or photographing it, the appointment is treated as a cancellation and the same CAD $25 fee applies.
Please check the weather, prepare the property and confirm the address in advance. Contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
If weather or site conditions prevent safe exterior or drone work, we will discuss arrangements for the affected service.
Order totals, taxes and travel fees are confirmed before the shoot. Extra editing, rush work, scope changes, waiting and return visits are discussed and quoted before additional work proceeds.
Delivery timing is agreed for your order. Media is provided through your delivery page; we will notify you of delays.
For corrections, provide the file name and requested change. Work outside the original order is quoted separately. Tour and property-page hosting depend on the selected service.
We retain copyright. Use delivered media for the photographed property’s marketing under your order’s agreed terms. Contact us before resale, transfer or other uses.
Clearly disclose virtual staging and material digital alterations. Verify listing details, dimensions and floor-plan information before publication.
Booking information supports service delivery. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and remove private documents before photography. Tell us about privacy or portfolio-use restrictions in advance.
